✅ ARTWORK & PRINTS
Q1. Are the paintings original?
Yes! All paintings are original works of art created by Artist Anthony W. Brown using high-quality acrylic paints and sealed with a protective gloss finish for longevity.
Q2. Do you offer prints of original paintings?
Yes. Many originals are also available as fine art prints (giclée or poster) in multiple sizes. All prints are made to order to ensure quality.
Q3. Are the prints signed?
Yes — prints are artist-signed. Limited editions are numbered and include a Certificate of Authenticity.
Q4. How accurate are the print colors compared to the original?
We strive for close color matching, but slight differences may occur due to screen display variations and print materials.

Q5. How do I place an order?
Simply select your artwork or print, add to cart, and checkout using our secure payment system.
Q6. What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout processors integrated through our online store.
Q7. Do you offer installments or financing?
Upon request, larger artworks may be reserved with a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Q8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
Q9. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times may vary:
• U.S.: 5–10 business days
• Canada/UK/EU: 10–21 business days
Each order includes tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
Q10. How is the artwork packaged?
All pieces are carefully wrapped and protected:
• Bubble wrap, corner protection, and sturdy art-safe boxing
• Originals may require signature upon delivery

Q11. What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage — we will replace or refund according to our Return Policy.
Q12. Can I return a painting if I change my mind?
Originals are final sale, as each piece is one-of-a-kind.
Prints are returnable only if damaged or defective.

Q13. Do you accept commissioned artwork?
Yes! We’d love to collaborate. Please contact us with your idea, preferred size, and timeline for a custom quote.
Q14. Can I request a sold piece to be recreated?
While each original is unique, we can create a new piece inspired by the original — no exact duplicates.

Q15. How do I care for my artwork?
• Display indoors away from direct sunlight
• Dust gently with a soft cloth
• Do not use cleaning chemicals or sprays
Q16. Will the artwork fade over time?
All pieces are sealed with a UV-protective gloss to ensure lasting color and durability.
