REFUND POLICY

Overview
At The King Leo Browne Gallery, every painting and print is created, packaged, and shipped with care. Because artwork is often one-of-a-kind or made to order, we want you to be confident in your purchase while protecting the integrity of the art.
 Original Artwork
All original paintings are final sale.

  • Each original piece is carefully inspected, signed, and documented before shipping.

  • Returns are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged during shipping or is not as described.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, with clear photographs of the damage or discrepancy.

  • Approved claims will be eligible for repair, replacement (if possible), or refund at the gallery’s discretion.

Fine Art Prints & Reproductions

  • Prints may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit.

  • Artwork must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protection to ensure safe arrival.

  • Because prints are made to order, buyer’s remorse or preference-based returns are not accepted (e.g., color or size changes after ordering).

 Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and artwork immediately.

  2. Email the images and your order number to [Insert your gallery email].

  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement print or refund within 7–10 business days.

Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Contact us at [Insert email] with your tracking number.

  • We’ll coordinate with the shipping provider to locate your package.

  • If it’s lost, a replacement will be issued or refunded.

 Cancellations
Orders for prints may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production.
Originals cannot be canceled once shipped.
 Custom or Commissioned Art
All commissioned or personalized artwork is non-refundable once approved and production has begun.
