Processing Time
All artwork and prints are packaged and shipped with exceptional care.

• Original paintings: Ship within 5–7 business days after purchase.

• Fine art prints and reproductions: Ship within 7–10 business days, as each piece is made to order.

• Custom commissions: Timelines vary depending on project size; shipping estimates will be provided upon order approval.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
 Packaging
Every artwork is packaged to ensure safe arrival:

• Flat canvases and prints are sealed in protective sleeves and shipped in rigid mailers or sturdy tubes.

• Stretched canvases are wrapped in bubble wrap, corner-protected, and boxed securely.

• Original paintings are double-boxed when needed and clearly marked as fragile.

We treat every shipment as if it were going to a gallery exhibition.

Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx Ground, depending on artwork size and destination.
All shipments include tracking numbers and insurance for the artwork’s full value.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by region and artwork size.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

1. Take clear photos of the packaging and artwork.

2. Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@kingleobrowne.com.

3. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return Policy.

If you are located in the Washington, D.C. or Maryland area, you may contact us to arrange local pickup for original artwork purchases.
