 Order Acceptance & Availability

Orders are accepted once payment has successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for:

  • Fraud prevention concerns

  • Limited availability of originals or prints

  • Incorrect pricing or product errors

If an order is canceled, we will issue a full refund immediately.

 Shipping & Delivery

Once artwork has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

 Returns & Exchanges

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept those terms.

 Payments & Security

We process payments securely through trusted providers such as Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and other integrated processors.

We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

Commissions & Custom Artwork

All commissioned and personalized artwork is non-refundable once design approval is confirmed and production begins.

Estimated timeframes will be communicated at the start of the project.

 Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Any damages caused by misuse of artwork

  • Any financial losses resulting from website use or technical disruptions

  • Allergies, sensitivities, or reactions to art materials in the product

Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

 Privacy

We protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not rent, sell, or share customer information with third parties except as needed to fulfill orders.

 Changes to Terms
