1️⃣ Processing Time

All artwork and prints are packaged and shipped with exceptional care.

  • Original paintings: Ship within 5–7 business days after purchase.

  • Fine art prints and reproductions: Ship within 7–10 business days, as each piece is made to order.

  • Custom commissions: Timelines vary depending on project size; shipping estimates will be provided upon order approval.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2️⃣ Packaging

Every artwork is packaged to ensure safe arrival:

  • Flat canvases and prints are sealed in protective sleeves and shipped in rigid mailers or sturdy tubes.

  • Stretched canvases are wrapped in bubble wrap, corner-protected, and boxed securely.

  • Original paintings are double-boxed when needed and clearly marked as fragile.

We treat every shipment as if it were going to a gallery exhibition.

3️⃣ Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on artwork type and size:

4️⃣ Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx Ground, depending on artwork size and destination.
All shipments include tracking numbers and insurance for the artwork’s full value.

5️⃣ International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by region and artwork size.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1️⃣ Overview

At The King Leo Browne Gallery, every painting and print is created, packaged, and shipped with care. Because artwork is often one-of-a-kind or made to order, we want you to be confident in your purchase while protecting the integrity of the art.

2️⃣ Original Artwork

All original paintings are final sale.

  • Each original piece is carefully inspected, signed, and documented before shipping.

  • Returns are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged during shipping or is not as described.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, with clear photographs of the damage or discrepancy.

  • Approved claims will be eligible for repair, replacement (if possible), or refund at the gallery’s discretion.

3️⃣ Fine Art Prints & Reproductions

  • Prints may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit.

  • Artwork must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protection to ensure safe arrival.

  • Because prints are made to order, buyer’s remorse or preference-based returns are not accepted (e.g., color or size changes after ordering).

4️⃣ Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and artwork immediately.

  • We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement print or refund within 7–10 business days.

5️⃣ Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • If it’s lost, a replacement will be issued or refunded.

6️⃣ Cancellations

Orders for prints may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production.
